Semi Private Training

Experience focused coaching with the motivation of a small group. 

Our Semi-Private Training in Tacoma combines personalized strength and weightlifting programs with supportive community energy.

 Train up to three times per week with expert trainers, nutrition guidance, and app-based accountability—all in an inclusive fitness space on South Tacoma Way.

Group Strength Training

Join our welcoming Group Strength Training classes in Tacoma for a fun, non-intimidating way to build strength. 

Led by certified trainers, these weightlifting classes run 7 days a week and are perfect for all fitness levels.
