We recognize having a support system and a step by step plan is key to being successful with your life goals. We are personal trainers with our own goals inside and outside of the gym. We have tried just about everything you can think of. Until we started training the Organically Grown Muscle way. OG Muscle will be with you every step of the way to show you the keys to reaching your goals.
1. A weightlifting/strength program designed specifically to your needs. This program will be tailored to the goals we discuss and will be adjusted through out the time we train together. This program will be PERFECT for your body and %100 guarantee you will feel stronger and better afterwards.
2. A movement and strength assessment to get initial ability. Then monthly result check-ins to track strength, movement and weight goals.

3. Sustainable Nutrition that is meant to reestablish your relationship with food. Giving you the tools you need to eat the foods you enjoy, (without restrictive eating) while staying happy with your choices. Food is meant to be enjoyed and to fuel our bodies!

Anthony
Owner/Personal Trainer
Anthony understands firsthand the impact that mental and physical health challenges can have on one’s life. Growing up, he witnessed his mother’s battle with cancer, which tragically ended when she was just 42 years old and he was 21 at the time. This experience left an indelible mark on him, igniting a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Throughout his life, Anthony struggled with depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He grew up in an abusive environment and went through some challenging times as a child. Searching for a way to reclaim his life, he discovered weightlifting. This age-old practice offered a newfound sense of purpose, strength, and mental resilience. What started as a form of therapy has turned into a life purpose he plans to share with everyone who is interested.
In an unexpected turn of events, Anthony faced a debilitating injury that left him with a broken back and hip. Many would have considered this the end of the road, including doctors, for his weightlifting journey. With unwavering determination, he embarked on a rigorous rehabilitation journey using weightlifting as his foundation. Through discipline and perseverance, he not only recovered but emerged stronger than ever before, with no back or hip pain whatsoever.

Meet Chey! Born and raised in the Grit City molded her into a resilient, people-oriented individual. Through early life she excelled in dance classes and gymnastics, which lit the flame of a burning passion for human movement. Through the years it has become evident that she enjoys challenging her body and sharing that joy with others. Transitioning from ath
Chey began her own athletic career merging the juxtaposing practices of wrestling and track and field. One explores the avenues of raw explosive power while the other rewards intentional strength and control. Her drive to explore the limitations of her abilities pushed her to join both football and rugby teams later in life. This natural curiosity for understanding the limitations of the human mind and body launched her headfirst into a career in medicine. Her fitness philosophy blends the most current research with years of experience in various athletic disciplines.
Through her time in the fitness landscape Chey has experienced a life-changing injury that shifted her focus from pushing the limits of her body to living within the limits of it. Weightlifting allowed her the freedom to master the pain and live a more meaningful life. Mental and physical well-being are the cornerstones of Chey’s training regimen. An inclusive and encouraging environment is mandatory for all training sessions!
